# Preload order information

#### Preloaded URL Format

Send the customer to the following URL:

```
https://app.claimlane.com/c/{flowName}?lang={language}&fieldOne={email}
&fieldTwo={orderNumber}&tile-id={tileId}
```

#### Parameter Details

* **flowName**: Your unique Claimlane flow URL.
* **language**: The language code (e.g., `en`, `da`, `fi`).
* **email**: The customer’s order email.
* **orderNumber**: The customer’s order number.
* **tileId**: (Optional) Directs the customer to a specific flow such as returns, faulty product, or delivery issue.

Example:

```
https://app.claimlane.com/c/shop123?lang=en&fieldOne=john@example.com
&fieldTwo=ORD12345&tile-id=6596b0f1f86c1691fecf45fd

```

In this example, Claimlane opens with:

* **Email** pre-filled as `john@example.com`
* **Order number** pre-filled as `ORD12345`
* The customer directed straight to the flow 6596b0f1f86c1691fecf45fd

How to find tileId:

In your self-service portal settings > channels > click the 3 dots on the corresponding issue tile > copy tileId
