# My email is already connected to an account, but I can't log in

If you're trying to create and Account, but you receive a message that your email is already connected to Claimlane, you have a couple of options.

Reset your password

1. Go to: <https://app.claimlane.com/forgot-password>
2. Enter your email and reset the password
3. Log in and see the connected account

Add a new account to the existing email

It's possible to connect multiple accounts to the same email. If you wish to connect a new account, please contact the partner you wish to work with, from the new account.

If no partner has asked you to use Claimlane from a new account, contact <support@claimlane.com>
