# How to use Custom Actions in the Advise Return integration

### Pre-requisites

Before you get started, make sure you have Shopify actions such as **Refund** or **Replace** enabled in your Claimlane account.

* To check:
 1. Go to **Settings** (bottom-left corner in Claimlane’s inbox).
 2. Select **Actions**.
 3. You’ll see a list of available actions.

If you don’t have Shopify actions enabled and would like to use them in Claimlane, please contact us at **<support@claimlane.com>**.

### Step 1: Locate the Advise Return integration

2. In the left-hand menu, click **Self-Service Portals**.
3. At the top tabs, go to **Advise Return integration**.
4. From here, you can either:
 * Click **+ Add Advise Return integration** to create a new one, or
 * Edit an existing integration by clicking the three dots next to it.

### Step 2: Configure the integration

1. Set **Shopify** as the integration provider.
2. Scroll down and **enable Webhook Advise**.
3. For the **Webhook API key**, you’ll need to generate a UUID:
 * Use a UUID generator, such as <https://www.uuidgenerator.net/>.
 * Copy the generated key and paste it into the API key field.
