# How to remove customer's personal data from Claimlane

### 1. Go to your Company View <a href="#h_e29079105b" id="h_e29079105b"></a>

From the Claimlane inbox, navigate into your company view.\

### &#x20;2. Open the Consumers tab <a href="#h_6a2f7dc606" id="h_6a2f7dc606"></a>

In the Consumers section, find the customer whose data you want to delete.\

### &#x20;3. Remove personal data <a href="#h_61ae5031f8" id="h_61ae5031f8"></a>

Click on Remove personal data. This will permanently delete the selected customer’s personal data from Claimlane.

This feature makes it easy for you to handle customer data in a way that supports GDPR compliance and respects your customers’ privacy.\
