# How to Edit Response Time

Learn how to update the response time displayed in your self-service portal to keep customers informed about how quickly you handle their requests.

Editing Response Time

To edit the response time in your self-service portal, follow these steps:

1. Go to Settings:
   * Navigate to the settings section in your dashboard.
2. Access Self-Service Portal:
   * Select the "Self Service Portal" option.
3. Find Your Portal:
   * Locate the portal you wish to change.
4. Edit Response Time:
   * Click on the portal and adjust the response time settings.
5. Update Settings:
   * Remember to click "Update" to save your changes.
