# How to Add Comments/Reminders for Specific Customers (Supplier-Only)

### 1) Open Manage Company from the Claimlane Inbox

1. Go to your **Claimlane Inbox**.
2. Click **Manage company**.

### 2) Find the retailer and open Edit

1. In **Retailers**, locate your list of retailers.
2. Use the **search** to find the retailer you want.
3. Click **Edit** on that retailer.

### 3) Write your reminder in the Comment field

1. Find the **Comment** field.
2. Write the comment or reminder you want your team to see on tickets.
   * Example: “Always with the next delivery. Write **NO VALUE** on the bottom order line. Set the ticket number in **External reference** — e.g., **“Ticket 100298”**”
3. Remember to click the green check to **Save** your changes.

### Visibility (Important)

These notes are **internal for the supplier only**. The **customer/retailer will not see** them.
