# How Can I Change the Email Address Where I Receive Claim/Return Notifications? (B2B)

Keep in mind this is for your **B2B flow.**

**Step-by-step guide**

1. **Open Settings**\
   In the bottom-left corner of the Claimlane dashboard, click **Settings**.\ <br>

2. **Go to Brand Settings**\
   From the left-hand menu, select **Brand**.

3. **Find Your Brand**\
   Locate the brand you want to update and click **Manage Brand**.\ <br>

4. **Update the Contact Email**\
   Under **Contact Email**, enter the new address where you want to receive claim and return notifications. Here you can change other information related to your brand such as **Brand name, Category, Guidelines,** etc.<br>

5. **Save Your Changes**\
   Click **Save** to confirm the update.\
   All future notifications will now be sent to the new email address.
