# How Can I Change the Email Address Where I Receive Claim/Return Notifications? (B2B)
Learn how to update the contact email for your brand so claim and return notifications are sent to the right inbox.
Keep in mind this is for your **B2B flow.**
**Step-by-step guide**
1. **Open Settings**\
In the bottom-left corner of the Claimlane dashboard, click **Settings**.\
2. **Go to Brand Settings**\
From the left-hand menu, select **Brand**.
3. **Find Your Brand**\
Locate the brand you want to update and click **Manage Brand**.\
4. **Update the Contact Email**\
Under **Contact Email**, enter the new address where you want to receive claim and return notifications. Here you can change other information related to your brand such as **Brand name, Category, Guidelines,** etc.
5. **Save Your Changes**\
Click **Save** to confirm the update.\
All future notifications will now be sent to the new email address.
